Two words…


Biscuit. Bomb!

This delectable mainstay at Chelsea’s Tipsy Parson is comprised of a buttermilk-chive biscuit, stuffed with homemade sausage and local cheddar, and it’s as good as it sounds. For brunch, they also make a mean burger, chicken & waffles hushpuppies and shrimp & grits. Whether you’re from the South and missing that good ‘ol home cookin’, or a city dweller who wants something different, you won’t be disappointed!

Their cocktail list ain’t too shabby either. The bourbon based Porch Swing Swizzle is the perfect compliment to your hearty meal. They serve lunch and dinner as well, but we all know brunch is the most important meal of the week. The staff were very attentive and entertaining, and getting a table for two wasn’t too terrible despite it being a busy weekend morning.
