Brooklyn – An Extraordinary Cinema Experience

Brooklyn has no shortage of theaters; but for a variety of new blockbusters, indie flicks, and old-school throwbacks, plus an impressive menu, the locals flock to Nitehawk Cinema in Williamsburg. Long gone are the days of rushing through a meal in order to catch a movie. If you arrive before the movie starts, a server comes by to take your order. If you arrive late, you can write your order on a piece of paper and the server will take it for you, no movie interruption needed.

Most movie theaters in New York City do not serve alcohol. Nitehawk serves beer, wine AND cocktails. They even have themed cocktails for whatever films they’re currently showing! They also have themed food items. For example, if you’re watching a movie about Boston, you might find a classic Fenway Frank on the menu. If heartthrob Ryan Gosling is the leading man, Goslings rum may be in your beverage.

With special events and signature on-going series, there’s always something new here. At Spoons, Toons & Booze you get to watch themed cartoons with a free all you can eat cereal bar, and for a few extra bucks you can get yourself a breakfast themed cocktail. Every month they have midnight screenings and brunch showings for the night owls or early birds.

Check out their site for an up to date schedule and menu.
